The European Union has condemned Iran’s alleged transfer of ballistic missiles to the Russian Federation this year.
The Council of the European Union states that this action by Iran constitutes a threat to Europe by facilitating Russia’s use of weaponry in the present conflict, claiming that the new missiles provided could cause further destruction and suffering in Ukraine.
The EU warns Iran that if it continues to support Russia in the conflict between Ukraine and the latter by supplying artillery, it will impose further sanctions in various sectors such as arms and aviation.
