We are pleased to share the article “Contratos de trabajo internacional en el sector tecnológico: análisis de sus principales cláusulas” (“International Employment Contracts in the Technology Sector: Analysis of Their Key Clauses”), authored by José Luis Iriarte, Professor of Private International Law at the Public University of Navarra, and Marta Casado, Professor at the University of Deusto and member of Cluster Lupicinio.
The article examines, from a rigorous and practical standpoint, the main legal challenges arising from the increasing internationalisation and digitalisation of employment relationships, with particular focus on issues such as confidentiality, intellectual property, cross-border teleworking, employer monitoring, and non-compete clauses.
This contribution is particularly relevant in a context where the international mobility of talent and the delocalisation of work raise significant challenges in terms of applicable law, protection of rights, and legal certainty.
The work has been published in A. Ortega Giménez (Dir.), L. S. Heredia Sánchez (Coord.), Práctica del ejercicio de la abogacía y Derecho Internacional Privado de la Unión Europea. Volumen III. Parte Especial: Derecho de los negocios internacionales, Madrid, 2026, pp. 243–267.
