In view of the current situation in Zimbabwe, the Council of the European Union has decided to extend the validity of the measures adopted until 20 February 2025.
These measures, implemented by the European Union, consist of an embargo on arms and equipment that could be used for internal repression in the country. In addition, a targeted asset freeze has been put in place specifically targeting the entity Zimbabwe Defense Industries.
