The Legal Policy and Research Unit of the International Bar Association (IBA), with the support of the LexisNexis Rule of Law Foundation, published a report entitled: “50:50 by 2030 A longitudinal study into gender disparity in law” (Spain results). It is based on observations and studies carried out by Women in a Legal World, especially on the absence of women in high-ranking positions in law firms.
