In recent days, the Bank of Russia Press Service reported that the Bank of Russia had filed a claim with the General Court of the European Union challenging certain provisions of Regulation (EU) 2026/1848 concerning the recognition and enforcement of Russian court orders in other jurisdictions.
In its press release, the Bank of Russia sets out the grounds for its position and its connection with the legal proceedings involving Euroclear.
