We share an article published by the Antitrust Alliance (ATA) on a decision of the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (‘the ACM’), through which a cease and desist order was imposed on a cheese producer for violating the Unfair Commercial Practices in the Agricultural and Food Supply Chain Act.
