On 28 June 2024, Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1842, which applies Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Implementing Regulation 2024/1842 adds two persons and four entities to the list of sanctioned persons who are responsible, according to the Council, for actions threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. They include: Mikhail Rudolfovich Kontserev, Dimitry Aleksandrovich Beloglazov, PJSC TransContainer, LLC TITUL, JSC ILIADIS, International LLC “Rasperia Trading Limited”.
