We share an article published by the Antitrust Alliance (ATA) analysing the 2024 Annual Report of the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), which is celebrating its tenth anniversary. The report highlights a significant increase in enforcement activity and reviews the main developments in merger control, cartels, abuse of dominant position and gun-jumping, comparing them with those of 2023 and with the actions of other European authorities.
