Latest legislative updates concerning COVID-19



On 14th March 2020, Spain declared the State of Alarm by means of Royal Decree 463/2020, which involved the adoption of extraordinary containment measures for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19, including, in general terms, limitations on the freedom of movement of persons, temporary requisitions and obligatory personal benefits, in addition to containment measures in the educational, labour and commercial fields.
Attached are the latest legislative developments relating to the situation caused by COVID 19:
Order SND/381/2020, of 30 April, which allows non-professional activities of care and harvesting of agricultural products: BOE-A-2020-4768
