In a meeting of great importance in the legal field, Fátima Rodríguez González, head of the Criminal Law, Compliance, International Trade and International Sanctions Department of our Firm, together with D. Antonio del Moral, Judge of the Second Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court, participated in a breakfast organised jointly with the Instituto Oficiales Cumplimiento (IOC) and WLW | Women in a Legal World, at the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR). The event focused on the analysis of the recently passed Law 2/2023 of 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons who report violations of the law and promotes the fight against corruption.
