We share with our readers an interesting article published by the Antitrust Alliance (ATA) on the decision of the Finnish Market Court of 22 November 2023, whereby it was established that certain bus companies were not allowed to submit a joint bid since they were potential competitors. Fines were imposed on six bus companies participating in the bidding consortium.
