We share an article published by the Antitrust Alliance (ATA) on the actions to be taken by the Hungarian Competition Authority, pursuant to Article 7 of the Hungarian Trade Act, in relation to abuse of suppliers by operators with significant market power, in particular large retail companies, applying the provisions applicable to infringements of the Competition Act of that European country.
