Active since 1980 (Anti-Apartheid Sanctions) in South Africa, Lupicinio is noted for its International Sanctions practice. We advise institutions and public or private companies that have been sanctioned by the European Union or the United States, and companies that wish to trade with other (non-sanctioned) companies established in sanctioned countries. European Union sanctions aimed at putting pressure on multiple Russian banks in response to the Russian Federation’s alleged actions in Ukraine also directly affected Prominvestbank as a subsidiary of Vnesheconombank.
