EXPERIENCE
Gonzalo has worked as an attorney in both corporate and banking law. His areas of expertise include litigation, real estate, banking, commercial, bankruptcy and tax law. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies in relation to insolvency proceedings, pre-insolvency debt refinancing, corporate restructuring, pre-insolvency and insolvency negotiations and mediations, sale and purchase of assets, as well as litigation related to investment products. His areas of expertise include litigation, consumer, real estate, banking law, insurance, corporate, insolvency and tax.
His experience as a lawyer extends to the areas of Procedural-Civil Law, Banking Law, Commercial Law, Bankruptcy Law, and Litigation in the speciality of Construction Law, which he has carried out both in law firms and in the banking sector.
MERITS
He has collaborated with specialised publications in advising and writing legal articles. He has also taught several courses on Banking Law at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, as well as being a speaker at conferences on consumer law. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
