Experience
Carlos Uriarte joined Lupicinio International Law Firm in December 2018, taking on the position of Counsel, responsible for institutional relations, European affairs and international organizations. Uriarte is also Secretary General of Paneuropa Spain and a member of the Presidency Council of the International Pan-European Union.
He has been Confederal Head of Immigration for the Unión Sindical Obrera (USO) and legal advisor to the European Parliament. He is also a lawyer of the Madrid Bar Association, Arbitrator of the Regional Consumer Arbitration Board of the CAM and Madrid City Council.
Furthermore, he is a member of the Board of the European Society Coudenhove-Kalergi (Vienna), patron of the Peace and Cooperation Foundation and its representative to the ECOSOC of the United Nations in Geneva and Vienna, member of the Executive Board of the Independent Foundation and of the Advisory Council of the Association for the Diffusion and Promotion of World Heritage in Spain (ADIPROPE). He is a member of the respective Juries of the Otto of Habsburg Prize and the Richar Coudenhove-Kalergi Prize.
