Luis is a practising lawyer with more than 10 years of professional experience. His main areas of practice have been in labour, criminal, civil, commercial, and administrative law.
In the field of labour law, he has advised companies and companies in the field of civil, commercial, and administrative law. He has advised companies and individuals, drafted letters of sanction, dismissal, answering queries and preparing strategies for future actions. He has drafted conciliation papers and lawsuits (dismissal, claims for payment, IT, sanctions) attending SMACS (at national level) and Courts. She has also attended labour inspections accompanying and advising clients.
In the field of criminal law, he has advised before Courts and Police Departments, prepared and drafted complaints and lawsuits. He has intervened in Preliminary Proceedings and in the plenary phase. He has prepared and drafted appeals (including appeals for refuge).
In corporate-mercantile advice, he has attended to individuals and companies (acting as secretary of the administrative body and processing deeds at the Notary’s office until their registration in the Mercantile Register or Land Registry).
