Liliana has experience in commercial administrative areas, with a background in customer care and service. She is a multitasking, responsible professional, capable of planning, leading processes, working in teams, and achieving results. She is currently engaged as a trainee at the renowned law firm Lupicinio International Law Firm, carrying out internships and supporting the processes of the Lupicinio Cluster.

Her final degree project consisted of a Comparative Analysis of Intellectual Property Protection in the Context of Artificial Intelligence: a study between the European Union and the Republic of Colombia. In the field of Law, she completed her graduate internship at DÁVILA & ASOCIADOS (Labor Law Sector), Madrid – March to July 2024, assisting in the preparation of legal documents, client service and advisory, and participating in labor and civil hearings of the firm, as well as supporting other attorneys in the office.

Successful Cases / Main Clients

She has participated in and supported the creation of a marketing and customer-loyalty process for the leading Social Security institution in her country, formerly SEGURO SOCIAL, now Colpensiones, achieving the recovery of trust in the entity and the return of a large number of affiliated members.

More than 25 years of experience in the Commercial sector and 20 years in the Real Estate sector have allowed her to receive distinctions and to participate in conferences representing the companies and construction firms where she has worked, such as the Gran Salón Inmobiliario de Corferias (Bogotá, Colombia) representing “the best real estate agency” of Constructora URBANAS S.A.
