EXPERIENCE
He began his professional career at Arthur Andersen in 1987. Since 1989, he has been the tax manager of various construction and infrastructure groups, such as OCISA, Agromán Empresa Constructora, Ferrovial-Agromán and Grupo Isolux Corsán, with a strong international presence, forming part of the SEOPAN tax expert committee for more than 25 years. He has been in freelance practice since 2014.

Félix has been responsible for the tax advisory services of Grupo Isolux Corsán, Agromán Empresa Constructora and Obras y Construcciones Industriales, after starting his professional career at Arthur Andersen, and has managed the taxation of the international expansion of these business groups.
MERITS AND AWARDS
With a career spanning more than 25 years, he has been a member of the Committee of Tax Experts of the Association of Infrastructure Construction and Concession Companies (SEOPAN).
STUDIES
Degree in Law and Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Postgraduate studies at the School of Economics, where he completed a Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy.
