EXPERIENCE
María del Mar has extensive experience as an expert lawyer in Immigration Law, especially in advising and acting in Courts and Tribunals in matters of Immigration, Civil and Administrative Law. She also collaborates with law firms throughout Spain and in some foreign cities dealing with immigration matters. As part of her professional training, María del Mar completed an internship at the renowned law firm Distel in Paris. She also did an internship in the city of London in order to practice law in the United Kingdom.
At Lupicinio International Law Firm, María del Mar has advised clients from many countries on relocation issues, with special emphasis on the Golden Visa programme, where she actively participates in the procedures for obtaining visas and residence permits for investors.
MERITS AND AWARDS
She obtained the Erasmus Scholarship during the 94-95 academic year at the Nanterre – Paris X University. She is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Professional Association of Immigration Lawyers of Madrid.
STUDIES
Law degree and postgraduate studies in Immigration Law at the Carlos III University of Madrid. Diploma in Corporate Law and courses and conferences on Immigration Law at the Madrid Bar Association.
