EXPERIENCE
Patricia Aira González (Oviedo, Principality of Asturias, Spain, 1982) began her professional career at the boutique law firm Castro, Sueiro y Varela Abogados in 2007 in the fields of financial and banking and commercial law. Subsequently, she provided professional services as a legal advisor for the Spanish State Company P4R, S.A. (now ICEX) (international law and foreign investment) and worked as a senior lawyer in the firm Ramón y Cajal Abogados, S.L.P. (2012-2017) in the Department of Financial and Banking Law.
Patricia Aira is a Founding Partner of Pactaria, S.L., and is also a Partner and Academic Director of Lawyou, Servicios for Lawyers, S.L.
Teaching has been a constant in her professional career: she obtained her PhD in Law in 2018 (UNED) and also works as Associate Professor in the Department of Private International Law at the University of Oviedo, where, among other subjects, she lectures for the Degree in Law and for the Master’s Degree in Law, on different subjects related to international law.
The author specialises in providing legal advice on international, financial, banking and commercial law and has more than fifteen years’ experience in advising all kinds of clients, both in the public and private sectors (financial institutions and other private corporations).
