Ángel has extensive experience as an advisor on corporate and regulatory matters to do with Urbanism and Real Estate, key for the development of large real estate groups. He is also head of the German Desk at the Madrid office.
He is also well known for his successful project finance practice, where he plays a key role within the Real Estate Department, advising throughout all stages of a project and assisting and guiding our clients in financial and banking transactions, reviewing offer and mandate documents, structuring, reviewing and drafting agreements, as well as negotiating, closing and syndicating transactions.

He has been recognised by Legal 500 Europe, Leaders League and Best Lawyers as a leading lawyer in real estate law. He has also been recognised by European Legal Experts. He is a regular contributor to Expansión, La Gaceta de los Negocios and other publications specialising in the real estate sector.
