Experience

Practising lawyer, chartered social graduate and tax and accounting advisor, with a solid professional career since 1998. His legal practice is specialised in providing comprehensive advice to businesses, representing clients before the tax, labour, administrative, commercial, civil and economic criminal jurisdictions. He combines robust technical expertise with a strategic vision focused on holistic legal support for companies.

Since 1998, he has practised as a Chartered Social Graduate and Tax Advisor at AsserLex S.L., a firm he co-founded and currently manages. He provides ongoing advisory services in tax, accounting, labour, and commercial matters to companies, professionals, and individuals. Since 2009, he has also practised as a registered lawyer with the Madrid Bar Association.

He combines his professional legal practice with university teaching. He is currently a lecturer at the Complutense University of Madrid and at the Cardenal Cisneros Higher Education Center, where he also coordinates the Tax Law course in the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession (CEU Cardenal Cisneros). In addition, he serves as an external advisor and supervisor for Master’s Theses at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), contributing to the education of new generations of legal professionals in areas related to business law.

He is also a founding partner of Espacio Colabora S.L., a legal platform designed to provide cross-cutting support to small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as individuals, in resolving their everyday legal needs. Moreover, he founded the National Association for Prevention, Support and Legal Defense for Companies in Occupational Accidents (ANPADE AL), focused on specialized legal defense in workplace accidents and regulatory compliance.
