Specialised in providing ongoing legal advice across different business areas in Commercial Law, including commercial contracting and corporate matters.

She has extensive experience in the negotiation, drafting and review of complex commercial agreements, both at a domestic and international level, including, among others, distribution, services, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, licensing and marketing agreements, as well as regulatory matters in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and fast-moving consumer goods sectors (beverages and food), all of which are regulated industries (including labelling and advertising issues).

Within pharmaceutical law, in addition to the aforementioned contracts and regulatory aspects, she has in-depth knowledge of the Farmaindustria Code of Good Practice, having advised on all matters relating to interactions between the industry and healthcare professionals, healthcare organisations and patient organisations; promotion of medicinal products; donations; transparency in transfers of value; etc. She also has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of clinical trial agreements, observational studies and CROs.

Representative Experience and Key Clients

She began her career in law firms, always within the commercial practice area, and subsequently worked in-house in multinational companies such as Kraft Foods, Beam Global, Roche and Novartis. Since 2020, as an independent lawyer, she has also advised multinational clients in the food and pharmaceutical industries through her own practice. She has been recognised by Best Lawyers.
