The article examines, from a rigorous and practical standpoint, the main legal challenges arising from the increasing internationalisation and digitalisation of employment relationships, with particular focus on issues such as confidentiality, intellectual property, cross-border teleworking, employer monitoring, and non-compete clauses.<\/p>\n

This contribution is particularly relevant in a context where the international mobility of talent and the delocalisation of work raise significant challenges in terms of applicable law, protection of rights, and legal certainty.<\/p>\n
