We share an article published by the Antitrust Alliance<\/a> (ATA)<\/strong><\/span> examining the growing international scrutiny of employers\u2019 agreements in labour markets. The Lithuanian Competition Council has stressed that companies must compete fairly when hiring or retaining staff, echoing global enforcement trends against no-poach and wage-fixing practices. Authorities on both sides of the Atlantic are intensifying action\u2014from the US FTC\u2019s Joint Labor Task Force to the European Commission\u2019s EUR 329 million fine on Delivery Hero and Glovo\u2014prompting the Lithuanian authority to update its guidelines and warn employers of the severe risks such agreements entail. \ud83d\udcc3 \u2696\ufe0f<\/span><\/p>\n
