In this regard, it highlights that the Latvian Competition Authority has issued specific guidance fully aligning with the EU\u2019s strict stance, recalling that Article 11 of the Latvian Competition Law expressly prohibits agreements that restrict competition, including those concerning wages or the allocation of workers.
