The seminar was organized by the CEFI Foundation, whose purpose is to promote research and technological development, especially in relation to the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.<\/p>\n<p>During the presentation, the director of the Barcelona office for the law firm Lupicinio addressed issues such as sanctions against executives, the new regulations for claiming damages and the prohibition of hiring under the new law of public sector contracts. Additionally, \u00c1ngel Vald\u00e9s explained: &#8220;Undoubtedly, following the action plans of the CNMC, the work of this institution will continue to focus on the persecution of the cartels.
