It was founded in Dubai in 2001 with the goal of offering legal services which combine intimate knowledge of local legislation with a modern focus and progressive legal practice.<\/p>\n<p>LILF\u2019s Eduardo Delage will head the Spain &amp; Latin American Desk from BSA\u2019s office in Dubai.
