The imminent entry into force of the reform of the Spanish judicial system will mark a turning point in the management of legal disputes. One of its main innovations is the obligation for parties to try to reach a private agreement before going to court. This new approach places mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods at the heart of the system, promoting a more agile, efficient and collaborative justice system. The article \u201cLa era del acuerdo: \u00bftriunfar\u00e1 la mediaci\u00f3n?\u201d (<\/em><\/strong>The era of agreement: will mediation triumph?), recently published in Cinco D\u00edas – Aranzadi La Ley<\/strong>, explores this issue and its implications.
