These measures were taken with a view to promoting accountability and ensuring justice in the midst of conflict.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Specific restrictions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe sanctions include a travel ban and a freezing of the assets of the individuals concerned on EU territory.
