We would like to share with our readers an interesting article published by the Antitrust Alliance (ATA)<\/strong> on the new law n\u00b02023-221 (France) aimed at strengthening the balance in commercial relations between suppliers and distributors (called the “Descrozaille law”<\/em> in reference to the name of the deputy who initiated the law).<\/p>\n
