Experience
Álvaro has extensive experience in the areas of litigation, arbitration, litigation and criminal law. He has been involved in numerous civil and market court proceedings and has advised on all types of legal proceedings for both national and international companies. Álvaro has advised on: trade-related litigation in all types of contracts (distribution, agency, supply chain, execution of works, etc.), actions for nullity, contractual termination, claims for payment and damages, as well as actions related to the Unlawful Competition Act. He has also advised on claims related to the company’s commercial activity, both in relation to corporate disputes (corporate and individual activity related to directors’ liability) and shareholder disputes (related, among others, to breaches of shareholders’ agreements).
Álvaro advised this Spanish company in a case against a Dutch company concerning deficiencies in the construction of a cement import terminal in a Spanish port.
Álvaro advised a Spanish company in a case against an Italian company CIMA in relation to the resolution of a share purchase agreement, where there was a disagreement in relation to the closing statement.
